A. 20 min
Back squat find new 5rm
Use first 10 minutes to warm up, this will leave you 10 minutes to have 2-3 attempts.
B. Every 1:30 x 3 sets
1st 8 x Bulgarian split squats each leg 3 sec lower
2nd 20 sec abductor hold each
3rd 8 x Romanian deadlifts 3 sec lower
