A. Every 3 min for 30 min (5 rounds)
1 round:
5 x Pull ups (add weight if possible)
10 x Bent over rows (supinated)
20 x band pull aparts

30-35/20-25 cal bike
(no more then 2:30 on the bike to allow for transitions)
