A2. 4 sets every 1:30
1st 8-10 x tempo squats 32X1
2nd 20 – 30 x kb swings

B. 5 rounds
30 sec sit ups
30 sec ring rows
30 sec jumping squats
30 sec press ups
90 sec rest

Score is total reps after each round
