Start with empty bar and build up across. Bar taken from the floor.

B. 18 min amrap
In pairs alternate after each round
3 x oh squats
6 x burpee over bar
9 x t2b *

  • Scale to leg raises (feet hip height) or knee raises (knees hip height)
