2nd 10 x single leg deadlifts right
3rd 6-8 x kb bottoms up each side
4th 30-40 sec side plank left
5th 30-40 sec side plank right

B. 5 rounds not for time
200m run
16 x single arm oh lunges 8 each
12 x single arm renegade rows alt
8 x t2b

The aim is to try keep moving with smooth transitions. Scale the oh lunges to front rack lunges and t2b to leg raises or knee raises.
