A. Every 2:30 x 5
6 x Back squat + 8-10 x Seated press
2 warmp up sets before we get started.
B. 4 rounds for time
10 x Pull ups (strict)
20 x Dumbbell snatch
30 x Squats
Scale the pull ups to 5 strict or 5 negatives if they would take you longer then a minute. If unable to do pull ups perform 15 ring rows.
