10 min emom
Clean + split jerk (moderare to heavy load)
Same as last week if you need to focus on technique keep the weights lighter, however if you feel good push the load.
B. 10 min emom
1st 5-8 x clusters 42.5/30kg
2nd 5-8 x burpee pull ups
Spicey couplet to finish of the week.
Dont spend any longer then 40 sec on each interval.
