Scale up: chest to bar pull ups
Scale down: 1 x strict pull up or 1 negative pull up + 2 beat swings
B. In pairs complete 5 rounds each
10 x double kb deadlifts
4 x lengths farmers carry
10 x double kb thrusters
4 x lenghts farmers carry
Goal is to go as heavy as possible and not to put the kettlebells down.
