Odd min 5 x front squats
Even min 3-8 x strict pull ups

Build to something heavy on the front squats across 6 sets.
Scale the pull ups to negatives

B. 12 min emom (6 sets)
Odd min 5 x single leg deadlifts each side
Even min 3-8 x pike hspu

Scale pike hspu to normal press ups.
