1st 60 sec wall walk
2nd 10 x side plank march each side *
3rd 60 sec wall sit
4th 10 Glute bridge + 10 single leg glute bridge each side
* scale down to normal side plank 30 sec each side
B. In 10 min climb the ladder as far as you can
Du’s 10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80…..
Sit ups 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40…
* sub the the dus for single skip and do double the amount.
* if you can’t skip perform kb swings and do same amount as sit ups
