A. 20 min emom
1st 20 x kb swings
2nd 8 x split squats each side
3rd 10 x dips 1111
4th 30-40 sec side plank left
5th 30-40 sec side plank right

B. 10 min amrap
1 x thruster
1 x pull up (2 bent over rows)
1 x lateral burpee jump over

Each round add 1 repetition to each movement. So it goes like this:
For the thrusters use medium weight.
Double the reps for bent over rows

Zoom session 5:30.
