Wear a rucksack with 20/15kg

This is as much as physical a mental workout. You can use chair, stairs or something which is sturdy enough

Scale down options:
Don’t wear the rucksack
Reduce the reps to 750 or 500
Reduce the height
Enjoy 🦵🍑

Alternatively go for a run. Anything between 3-5 miles would be good.
