3rd 30 sec L-sit hold

B. For time (10 min cap)
Burpee squat complex *
Sit ups

*burpee squat complex:
Burpee into strict press up, stand up and squat down = 1 rep. Scale down to press ups of your knees

C. For completion
100 x towel Pull-Ups / bent over rows / table Pull-Ups / renegade rows
