Every 2:30 minutes x 10 sets
5 x deadlifts
4 x hang power cleans
3 x front squats

Starting weight for ladies 25kg, men 40kg. Use small increases each round to build up to heavy complex (2.5 for ladies and 5kg for men) if proficient with lifts otherwise stay with light weight and focus on technique.
