B. In pairs complete 4 rounds each ( not for time)
12-15 x dumbbell bench press
5 x rope climbs to standing

C. In pairs complete 4 rounds each (not for time)
6 x lengths sandbag/d-ball carry
2 x lenghts farmers walking lunges

Partners swap after completing full round
