A. 20 min emom
1st min 3 cleans (10 sec rest between reps)
2nd 3-5 x hspu

These are squat cleans if you can’t front squat then do power clean.
You can do negative hspu, pike hspu, sub for 6 x seated press or mix it up.

B. Finisher
80 x single arm renegade rows
