2nd 8 x Single arm kb rows each
3rd 5-6 x D – ball over shoulder
4th 10 x Med ball curls

* try to increase difficulty on these from last week

 
B. In pairs 5 x rounds each
1 x length single arm oh lunges left
1 x length single arm oh lunges right
