B. Every 1:30 for 12 minutes (4 rounds)
1st 2 x rounds
10 sec ring support hold
10 sec rest
10 sec ring bottom position hold
10 sec rest
2nd
8 x single leg squats each side

*scale the ring holds to box holds

C. In pairs complete 3 rounds each
4 x lengths kb oh carry
6 x lengths bear crawl
