Every 1:30 for 30 minutes (4 rounds)
1st 200m run
2nd 10-15 x strict pull ups
3rd 300/250m row
4th 20 x oh lunges
5th 10 x dumbbell Ground to overhead

* pick a weight on dumbbell Gtoh which will be challenging for 10 reps
