1 x Hang snatch high pull
2 x Hang power snatch

B. 5 min emom
1 x snatch lift off
1 x power snatch

(snatch lift off = lift the bar just below your knee cap, return to floor and perform snatch, keep the bar close)

C. 10 min emom
2 x snatch (power or squat your choice)

Similar to last week, will be working on technique today.
