DSC_2310Will focus on barbell cycling today. This is classic CrossFit workout with a twist. By working with partner you get to rest while your partner is working. Will use weights which will allow us to complete each round unbroken or in 2 sets.

Partner “DT”
10 x rounds
12 x deadlifts
9 x hang power cleans
6 x push jerk

Partners will swap after every round
