3rd 40 x dus or 40 sec practice
4th 5-10 x hspu
5th rest
* build the weight across the 6 sets (bar taken from the floor)
* pull ups can be strict or kipping which ever you want to practice today
* hand stand push ups can be scaled to negative hspu or seated dumbbell press
