DSC_2131A. In 15 min work up to 3rm on Back squat
B. For time
1000m row

Rest till 12 min

C. Row for metres the time it took you to row 1000m ( for example if you rowed your 1000m in 3:35 for the second row you will have 3:35 to row as far as you can and the goal being to get as close to 1000m as possible)
