A. Every 3 min for 15 minutes
5 x push press
10 x back squats

Both movements to be done with same weight. Starting weight should be somewhere around your 3rm of strict press.

B. 3 rounds
1 min row
1 min wtd box step overs
1 min burpees
1 min rest

Score is total reps after each round
