A. Every 2 min for 20 minutes
3 x back squats

(use the first 5 sets to build something heavy for the day)

B. 4 rounds
1st min 30 sec pull ups
2nd min 40 sec wall balls
3rd min max dus
4th rest

You will get 2 scores. One for pull ups and wall balls and separate one for your double unders.
