A. Every 4 min for 40 min
Alternate between run and row
In 4 min
400m run
10 x pull ups
In 4 min
500/400m row
10 x burpees

You will end up doing 5 sets of each, reduce the reps to make sure you will get around 1 min rest each time before you go again.
