2nd min 5 – 10 sec strict pull ups
3rd min 20-30 sec L-sit
4th min 15 – 20 x kb swings (heavy)
5th min 10 x seated press

B. Every 3 min for 9 min
Max wall balls

Terminate the set if you stop or drop the ball.
