A. Every 90 sec for 30 minutes (4 rounds)
1st 20 x oh lunges
2nd 250/200m row
3rd 1 min max pull ups
4th 15/10 cal bike
5th 20 x dumbbell snatch

If you not finished within a minute on the bike or row you have to move on. Record how many pull ups you completed each round.
