Overhead press + front squat
5-5-5-5-5-5

Perform 5 x overhead press immediately followed by 5 x front squats. Last 3 sets should be challenging on the overhead press.

B. Every 5 min for 15 minutes
300/250m row
15 x shuttle runs
15 x ring rows
