A1. Back squat 5/3/1+
75% – 85% – 95+

This is our last week of this program, will be testing our 3rm in couple of weeks.


A2. 3 sers every 1:30 for 9 min
1st 6-8 x back squats
2nd 6 x single arm rows each

B. In pairs complete 4 rounds each
Partner 1 will complete full round before swapping with partner 2. Score is total reps for both movements

1min max row for calories
1min max burpees
2 min rest
