A. Deadlift every 3 min work up to today’s heavy

B. 3 rounds
1min max wall balls
30 sec rest
1min max box jump overs
30 sec rest
1min pull ups *
2 min rest

Score is total reps after each round

(if you can’t do pull ups perform 6 – 8 negative pull ups)
