A. 20 minutes
3 x Hang power snatch + 2 oh squat
This is to be done to work on technique, empty bar will be plenty for most of us.

B. 15 min emom
1st min 5-10 x pull ups
2nd min 20 x wtd lunges
3rd min 30 x Kb swings
